Our cuisine is Modern Australian with an emphasis on seafood. The menu is one of simplicity, carefully crafted with delicate combinations. We source only the freshest produce from Australia and New Zealand.

We are blessed that Queensland yields some of the best seafood and farm grown produce, right here on our doorstep. What a treat to enjoy wild caught seafood such as Moreton Bay bugs from 
the local bay. Some of the finest seafood comes from Queensland waters which contributes to our states economy and way of life. We believe in sustainable seafood and only partner with suppliers who act responsibly.

Our menu is for everyone. Quality produce is enhanced when prepared by a kitchen that compliment its true characteristics. Our passionate kitchen team do their homework. They work tirelessly to create, prepare and serve a distinctive intrinsic menu with elegant combinations fused with delectable flavours. We do our best to provide an enjoyable quality dining experience for all who visits us.

We adore our wines and we know you do too. Romantically drawn to its mystery and irregularity. We source a tidy and diverse range of quality driven wines from boutique wineries and well recognised drops from a variety of local and international regions.

Similar to our appreciation of quality produce we also recognise Australia has outstanding wine growing regions with the worlds best, most talented and innovative winemakers. We get excited by wine diversity and are always looking to discover truly unique little gems, harvested and produced by small boutique wineries.

 

Our wine list is structured to support our seafood emphasis and Brisbane climatic conditions. We are happy to guide and assist you and your palette. The most delightful dining experiences are often laced with a sense of discovery and the opportunity to try something unfamiliar.

 

We understand you might like to bring along a special bottle from your own cellar. Our corkage is $7 per person drinking the wine. We apologise that byo is not available for weddings or events.
